Today, I finished my proposal edits from the teacher. Then I worked on putting my graduation portfolio together.

Today, I re-read my paper. I'm about to type it even though I have a broken hand so I can get it edited by one of my peers and a teacher.

Today I worked on my outline and that's about it. It was a boring day 2day.....I wish I could have went to sleep.....because Nick was getting on my nerves saying I need some children's Motrin...

Today I worked on my outline AGAIN!!!....lolz.....then I found some more websites that I will use for my graduation project, and I realize that I didn't have enough tips so I found those websites to make my outline better.

Yesterday Monday, June 25, 2007, my Internet was down so I couldn't blog, but in class we got introduce to our next step in graduation project which is called outlining. We are outlining our paper so we can write our paper easily. We received the requirements of the outline paper.

Today, I talked to the teacher about my grade. I took some more notes.

More Notes IV

Today, I took more notes, and I arranged/organized them so I can find and read them easily. I found two of my foundation questions today. I edit some of my foundation questions and I added some more.

Today, I took some more notes off some of my websites. Then I answered at least one of my foundation question. I fixed up my page, changing the colors, changing the name of my links, and I added some bowling rules.

Today, I took some more notes on my topic bowling. I was looking for answers for my foundation questions, but I think I didn't find any answers to them. I read a whole chapter today and it's really helping my game a little.

Notes

Yesterday, I fixed up my foundation questions and I helped a few people with their interview questions. Today, I got introduce to the requirements of taking notes. I already have notes from before so I just typed them up today. I read a little more, I answered some of my foundation questions and I took some more notes.

Intro to Interview

Today in class we got introduce to the interview requirements. We had to think of someone to interview then, the reason why for interviewing this particular person, write at least 10 questions to asked the interviewee. We have to answer this question: What do you hope to accomplish with this interview? I got everything and maybe tomorrow I'll work on the contact information, and think of more questions.

Finding Books

Today we looked up books in the library to see what books might be useful to take out to help you out on your graduation project. Then after that, we had the choice to do extra credit. I choice to do it so I can get more points so it can boost my grade.

Present

Wednesday, Thursday, and Today we were presenting our graduation topics to each other. We were giving each other feedback and we were asking questions about their topic. Today was my day to present. It went smooth, there were some questions and I felt as if I answered them.

Typed Questions

Today, I typed my essential and foundation questions. I added a few more foundation question to the ones that I already had. Some of the questions are too simple and easy in which they should never be asked.

Intro to Questioning

Today in class we got introduce to essential and foundation questions. We had to make up one essential question and at least 10 foundation question about your topic. Essential question is a question in which you will use your foundation questions to answer it.

Webliography Due

Today our webliography is due. On Wednesday, I made more corrections and I added another website to my webliography. On Thursday we had a rough draft workshop, but I wasn't here due to a field trip. I looked over my webliography and it looks good. I uploaded it my dashboard and now I'm waiting for it to be graded.

Today in class I edit and made corrections to my webliography. It's much better than before. I took some time to make improvements so it can be quality work.

I worked on my Webliography, and we had to do 3 annotation. I fixed up all of mine because you said it wasn't good enough. I felt bad so I put a little more effort into it. I will do more before Friday.

Today I found 12 useful websites that I will use in my graduation project. They have a lot of information that I will use and show others this information. I cited all my 12 sources in MLA format, and I started my annotations on every single website. I put them in alphabetical order and I need to post 3 sources in MLA format

Webliography Part I

Today in class we started on webliography part of our topic. We had to find at least 10 websites that's the best and that we are going to use for out research. So far I have 4 good websites and I need to find at least 6 more good ones. This webliography is due next friday.

Collage Complete

Today I just finish my collage or poster of my topic. It took me two days to complete. I'm proud of my collage or poster because when you look at it you can see what's my topic is on. I like the color because I'm from Pittsburgh and I had to have Black and Gold of the Steelers. As you can see my collage/poster with this post.

Collage

Today we have to do a collage of our topic. I started my collage on bowling. It's not done yet. But it's looking pretty good. Before we started our collage Mr. Nelson came in and talk to us about video camera.

Letter

Today I wrote a letter about my graduation project, telling Mrs. Fossum what topic I have chosen. Then we read an article about plagiarism. How plagiarism can makes us fail and not graduate on time.

Links for Topic

Today in class we added links to our blog that concern our topic. I still didn't pick my topic for my graduation project because I really don't know what I want to do. I pick three (3) links that apply to a topic that I might do. I used four (4) links instead because those links will be very useful if I decide to do that topic.

Graduation Project Ideas

Today is 4/27/07 and it's time to talk about graduation project. I have heard about graduation project. I know a few students in the 12th grade who have already completed their projects. I haven't ask them about their experiences. Since yesterday I have some ideas on what I'm going to construct my graduation project on. One is bowling, second is the medical field, and third is the portrayal of females through different cultures and times. Some of my concerns about the graduation project is keeping my interest for a year, enough to research, and what if I don't get finish in time.

Today I created my first blog and I'm posting my firt blog ever.

Today 4/25/07 we answer questions about the article that we read about blogging. Then we had to post comments. Then we had to make a blog for our selves in order to keep us on track for our graduation project.
